U.S. Orders with Standard Shipping

Free Shipping on orders of $40 or more
Your Standard Shipping packages within the U.S. will ship via either the U.S. Postal Service, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground at our discretion depending on the weight of your package. (Lightweight packages will ship through the postal service.) Standard packages usually take a week to arrive once shipped. Please allow one business day for processing your order prior to shipment. For express shipping options, orders received by noon MST will ship that business day. Orders received after noon MST will ship the next business day.
3 Day Select is available for a $12 fee. 3 Day Select service is via Fedex Express Saver or UPS 3 Day Select. 3 Day Select refers to business days only and is only available within the continental U.S.
2nd Day Air is available for $15 fee. 2nd Day Air service is via Fedex or UPS 2nd Day Air. 2nd Day Air refers to business days only.
Next Business Day shipping is available for a $25 fee. Next Business Day service is via Fedex Standard Overnight or UPS Overnight Saver. Next Business Day refers to business days only.
Please allow one business day processing time on all orders. All packages are shipped from our Flagstaff, AZ warehouse.
International Standard Shipping
We use the postal service for Standard Shipping. Shipping is $10 on order amounts up to $50. Shipping is $25 on order amounts between $50 and $100. Shipping is $30 on order amounts over $100.
Western Europe, Asia, Australia
We use the postal service for Standard Shipping. Shipping is $17 on order amounts up to $50. Shipping is $25 on order amounts between $50 and $100. Shipping is $30 on order amounts over $100.
Please note that international packages usually take one to two weeks to arrive. International packages must pass through customs. Delays in customs are beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes due.
Unfortunately, we do offer express shipping to international locations at this time.
International packages will not arrive in time for Christmas for the 2015 holiday season.

Customer Ordering Errors:
The customer is responsible for entering their order information correctly. We are not responsible for any customer mistakes during ordering. Examples of which (but not limited to) include switching billing and shipping addresses, selecting the wrong products or colors, duplicate orders, etc. Please double check your order for errors before clicking the final Submit button. We will work with customers to resolve any customer errors whenever possible. But, once an order has begun processing in our warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order or change shipment method.
