Although they are boxy in shape, rather than foot-shaped, they feel good on and have a well-cushioned step. They are warm and wonderful. Usually wearing women's 8 or 8-1/2, I couldn't even get my foot in the size M. Exchanged first pair for a size L. Perfect! And service was fast.
