Im a thicker person about a 16/18 and the L/XL fits perfect! I love them they are so comfortable!

I purchased this "Bear in the mornings" nightshirt as one of my 4 gifts to my sisters and mom. Very good quality, the print and the material. If you want a more comfortable and loose fit for sleeping, choose the L/XL size. For the petite/skinny ones out there, the S/M would do.
