first time buyer at the site which was easy to navigate. i was impressed with the softness of the flannel, the vivid colors and the boldness of the pattern. the top has nice lapels and a pocket that give it a sport coat look. the cuffs on the sleeves is also a nice touch. very happy with purchase.

The product is fine, but getting it was a hassle. I failed to put in the size when I ordered it on-line, but immediately phoned in a correction. I followed up with an e-mail and was assured the correct size was ordered. I received the wrong size, sent it back and complained. Tyler personally got the right size to me, finally.
